How to create your own Pumpkin Spice Essential Oil Blend
Fall is a season of cozy comforts and delightful aromas, and one scent that has become synonymous with autumn is the rich and inviting aroma of pumpkin spice.
Pumpkin Spice is one of the most popular scents and tastes of the Fall season. From your favorite latte to muffins and of course a blend for your aroma diffuser. When you want to create a Pumpkin Spice essential oil blend the most common oils to choose from are:
- Cinnamon which exudes a warm and inviting aroma.
- Ginger
- Nutmeg
- Clove
- Allspice
- Cassia
- Anise
- Copaiba
- Orange, Blood Orange or Clementine
- Lemon
- Vanilla for a touch of sweetness
You'll want to choose 3-4 of the more common ones, like Cinnamon, Clove Nutmeg and Ginger essential oils. Then layer in a few of the others. If it's too strong you can tone it down with Orange, Tangerine, Blood Orange etc.
Here's an easy suggestion
2 drops Cinnamon
1 drop Clove
1 drop Nutmeg or Ginger
1-2 drops Orange, Blood Orange or Clementine
